NOTE TO OUR SPECIAL GUESTS: We are doing our best not to raise prices at The Acorn’s Hope- even with the almost doubling of utility costs, etc. We have invested in a tankless water system, and added insulation. Also, to cut down on cleaning costs we are inviting you to participate in our “Japanese approach to out door and indoor shoes” You may of course bring your own change of shoes, and we will privide slippers and non-skid socks. I hope you will not find this too inconvenient- and it is not mandatory, but a request- thanks to you all.

HIGH SEASON: October weekends, two night minimum. As above Mid week rates generally apply from Nov-May or call, we’ll talk!

Rooms may be held with Visa or Master Card, or check for 50%. As a small B&B we depend on your commitment. Even though we understand that circumstances arise , you are responsible for all nights booked. We try all means possible to re-book a canceled room including informing all local B&B’s as well as the Chamber of Commerce and Berkshire Visitors Bureau.
